By choosing to use the passport assistance services offered by Let's Travel and Tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope
   Let's Travel and Tour is a private travel and support services company. We do not issue passports. Our role is to assist clients with the passport application process, including form completion, document review, appointment booking, and submission support.
2. Fees
   The total amount you are charged for this service includes:
   • The official passport application fee set by the Ghana Passport Office, and
   • Our service charge for the additional support and convenience we provide during the application process.
3. Issuance Authority
   You understand and accept that the issuance of passports is exclusively carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the Government of Ghana. Let's Travel and Tour has no influence or control over the decision, timing, or outcome of your application.
4. No Guarantee
   Let's Travel and Tour commits to assisting you professionally throughout the process. However, we do not guarantee the approval or timeline of any passport issued by the government. All applications are subject to government review and discretion.
5. Consent
   By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are fully aware of the nature of the service provided and are voluntarily engaging our support services with a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities.
